
The Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) program is the only comprehensive certification program designed to validate desktop computer skills using Microsoft Office programs. MOUS proves computer literacy, measures proficiency and identifies opportunities for skills enhancement.

You'll find information on how to prepare for exams and a list of skills you'll need to demonstrate in order to become a Microsoft Office User Specialist at the level you choose. A list of MOUS Aprroved Courseware can also be found on the Web site.
What can I expect?
A typical exam takes about an hour, and you will receive your results immediately. In addition to measuring your skills, each exam also gauges your productivity and identifies areas in which you may need further training.
