Training Services Offered at Park 50

Leadership Development certificate

You already employ good people as new managers, and you work diligently to identify emerging internal prospects.  Invest in their development through 10 essential skills seminars, including leadership of high-performing teams, interaction skills, leading change, delegation and monitoring, effective planning, resolving conflicts, and coaching for success.  Seminars are available individually, in a mini-package and as a full certificate, beginning Feb. 15. 

Certified Networker

Our goal is simple: We want to remove cold calls from your marketing plan.  Certified Networker includes a series of 12 lunch-time seminars to help you master the skills of referral marketing and develop a steady flow of customers.  Seminars begin on Feb. 22.  

Customer service

DDI’s Service Plus training will help you distinguish your business by bringing a culture of exceptional service to provider/customer interactions.  Seminar meets on March 12. 

Project Management

Learn the basics of managing scheduling, resources, and costs to implement your projects.  The program includes introduction of various tools and Microsoft Project software.  Seminar meets on April 8, 15 and 22.

Health/safety in the workplace

Make your workplace safer with basic CPR and AED training on Feb. 21 as well as basic first aid on Feb. 28.

Customized Training and Training Grants

Didn’t see what you need? Want to explore training grants that pay up to 50% for eligible businesses?  We’ll work with you to provide custom solutions, on-site delivery and potential grant funding through the EnterpriseOhio Network.

All programs can be customized for individual group needs and may be packaged with computer training.

Our instructors can deliver on legal topics such as Sexual Harassment Policies and on timely topics such as Diversity Training.

In addition, we have contracts with professionals certified in delivering programs and assessments such as Myers-Briggs, Herrmann Brain Dominance and Franklin Covey products.

Our programs can be delivered at the Park 50 TechneCenter, UC Clermont in Batavia, or at the group's site.
