Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition

CINAHL Plus with Full Text http://proxy.libraries.uc.edu/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/login.asp?profile=web&defaultdb=rzh Over 3,000 journals are indexed in the CINAHL database. Nursing and allied health journals are indexed cover-to-cover (regular journals), whereas only articles that are relevant to the database are selected from the other journal titles (selective journals).

Perform a KEYWORD search in the catalog (http://uclid.uc.edu/search/X), using key concepts that interest you, such as:

  advanced keyword search

From the results, identify an item or two that is most relevant to your topic, look at the record and identify the SUBJECT heading that best represents your interest.  In this case, the SUBJECT heading is “Diabetes in Children.” A SUBJECT search will yield more focused results.
