UC Clermont will host the Pro Shot Shooting System One Day Camp on July 16 for students in grades 4-12.

The Pro Shot Shooting System is an advanced shooting program based on biomechanics and focusing.  The System is currently being employed by thousands of professional, collegiate and high school players and hundreds of AAU, high school and collegiate team

Two sessions will be offered on Tuesday July 16 – Session 1 is for boys and girls grades 4-7 (PDF) from 9 a.m. –noon. Session 2 is for boys and girls grades 8-12 from 1 – 4 p.m. Both Sessions will be held at the Student Activities Center at UC Clermont College, 4200 Clermont College Dr. in Batavia, OH. The cost is $35 and participants may register at the door and need to bring their own ball.

1.  John Hurley, men's basketball coach, was selected to the Greater Cincinnati Basketball "Hall of Fame" on May 6, 2010.

2.  Jose Narvaez was selected to the 2009-2010 USCAA "All-American" first team and Kraig Unger was selected as a USCAA Honorable Mention "All-American".

3.  Kraig Unger is the 3 point shooting champion at the USCAA National Tournament.

4. Jose Narvaez is named to the USCAA Division II National Championship "All-Tournament" team.

5.  John Hurley, men's basketball coach was selected as "Coach of the Year" for the Ohio Collegiate Athletic Conference.

6.  Jose Narvaez, AJ Frazier, and Teveen Jones selected to the Ohio Regional Campus Conference "All-Conference" team.
