General: The department has an evening support position staffed by a student from 4:00pm-7:00pm Mon.-Thurs. and 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturday. For assistance please call the Help Desk at 732-5216. Hours will vary during breaks and summer quarter.
Open Lab: The Technology and Network Management department employs student assistants to work in the Open Lab. These students are primarily there to help with computer equipment problems and to replenish supplies of paper and toner.
The student assistants are familiar with many of the software packages. If you have a software problem, they will be happy to help, but please remember assistants are not computer software experts. For problems which can not be resolved, please contact your instructor during their regular office hours.
