Request library orientations as far in advance as possible. The library staff will schedule an electronic classroom for your request, if possible. Due to the demand for classrooms, we ask for multiple date options.

Please bring into the library or email to clc-library@email.uc.edu the following information:

• Your Name
• Your Division or Department
• How may we contact you (email or phone) and contact information
• Date the request is made
• Three prefered dates and times (indicate order or we will assume the first listed is your first preference, etc.)
• The course number and title
• The number of students 
• Specify the resources you would like demonstrated. 
  • NOTE: For a 50 min class, no more than three databases/catalogs are advised.  If the laptop cart is being used, the recommendation is no more than two.
• Other information about the assignment or the skills the students are to learn
• Are there particular handouts you would like given to the students?
